Casa Del Monastero is a stone house perched on the side of a hill overlooking a breath-taking view, painted with the area’s mountains, castles and turrets. The property comprises of two floors that currently form two separate living units, connected by an external staircase. Each level has various exits to spacious panoramic terraces and garden areas via characteristic wooden doors.

The house is surrounded by a multilevel stone paved terrace, making Casa del Monastero very picturesque. A wooden staircase outside leads to the pool terrace with a large swimming pool, 4 x 16 metres, the best spot from which to enjoy the stunning panorama. Bordered by forest, the house offers tall cypress trees, olive trees, and many other plants all requiring low maintenance.
Casa Del Monastero is 20 minutes from the first nearby towns, such as Pietralunga and Umbertide, which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquillity. However, a short walk away is an excellent panoramic restaurant and the historic San Faustino Abbey.
