DESCRIPTION

Located in a hilly area just five minutes from the historic center of Umbertide, this stone farmhouse offers two separate residential units and over 58 hectares of land. The building has been recently renovated, maintaining its rustic features typical of Umbrian country homes.

The first residential unit is spread over two floors and includes an entrance, living room with fireplace and access to a large outdoor terrace, kitchen, dining room, hallway, two bedrooms, a smaller bedroom, and two bathrooms. The finishes are simple and in line with traditional rural style.

The second unit is on the first floor and is accessed by an external staircase with a small covered loggia. Inside, there is a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen, a hallway, two bedrooms (one of which has access to a large terrace of over 60 square meters with open views), and one bathroom.

On the ground floor, near the entrance, there is a large taverna with a fireplace, currently used as a multipurpose space.
