This farmhouse underwent an extensive restoration ten years ago carried out by the current owners. No expense was spared and since the restoration the property has been used as a permanent residence and immaculately maintained.
There are three building on the 11.8 hectare estate, the main house, an annex workshop, garden room and bread oven and a large covered parking area. The property is partially fenced and the land outside of the 3 hectares fenced area is currently rented on a 3 year renewable basis to a local biological farmer who provides firewood in payment for planting the surrounding fields. This arrangement not only certifies the privacy of the property but gives a plentiful supply of firewood for the wood burning stoves that assist the heating system.
