Nestled in the middle of a, once, farming hamlet located in the panoramic Pian Di Marte valley where Hannibal marched his elephants to fight the Romans at lake Trasimeno. The house takes the whole end of a central block looking over its flat garden of over 1000 sqm
. The hamlet has no more than 6 separate dwellings. The central and upper floor were fully restored around 2004 using reclaimed materials, hand fired terracotta tiles, new chestnut beams and cross timbers.
