We purchased our Italian property through IPN Castello, and we had an extremely good experience. We had been property hunting in different Italian regions for two years, and then were drawn initially to IPN Castello because of the good range of properties on the website, which we subsequently found provides a very accurate picture of the properties on offer. James then went beyond his brief to help us with introductions to local banks, accountants and furniture sources, which made the first phase of taking possession of the house much easier than it might have been. James also introduced us along the way to some wonderful restaurants which have become firm favourites! All in all, a successful and very enjoyable experience thanks to James and his team.

We recently sold our holiday home in Lisciano Niccone via IPN Castello. The house had been on the market with various agents, English and Italian, but we must say that none approached the  business in an enthusiastic and confident manner- we were told by most that ours was a house which no- one would want to buy as it wasn’t a traditional stone farmhouse.

I had spent several years hurtling around the Tuscan and Umbrian  countryside with James looking at properties and we built up an excellent relationship .

I was siting in Sansepulcro having a coffee with my sister  having just arrived to celebrate her Birthday and James walked past . He stopped , his eyes lit up and he said I’ve got the property for you. That  was 8 years ago and he was right .

It was a deserted church with the priest’s house attached to it ,in the middle of the field.

This was “The dream “as I wanted a blank canvas .

 Because I had spent several years meeting up with James whilst on holidays in Italy . I felt that I had got to know him well enough to discover his passion for not only selling houses but renovating them as well.

Making the decision to buy a bag of old stones and terracotta tiles and create the home of my dreams whilst living and working full time in England was easy . James has a brilliant eye for restoring a property and the skilled and dedicated group of builders and technicians to do the work. He project managed the whole restoration to perfection .

James is now selling my house for me and has produced an excellent video and details . Sadly the lockdown due to Covid 19 has halted this so far

James fully understood our needs and showed us the perfect house. He helped with negotiations and contracts to achieve  an easy purchase (in a foreign country) keeping us informed through the whole process.
